Acceptance of terms

Your access to and use of Belle Pro / Belle Hair Extensions & Belle Academy (the “Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. The term Belle Pro / Belle Hair Extensions & Belle Academy, “Belle” or ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they may affect your legal rights. When registering and purchasing goods &/or Services from us, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions of Sale. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, disclaimers and privacy policy contained in this notice which governs our relationship with you. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Website.

Bookings

Course purchases should be made online, over the telephone or via bank transfer. There is a £50 or £75 non-refundable booking fee for Hair Extension courses in person, £100 non-refundable 121 session booking fee and a £250 non-refundable booking fee for any Hair Loss Integration courses. In all cases booking deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable; However, if you have chosen an online course or one of the payment plan options, 100% of the course amount is non-refundable. ALL Courses purchased on Sale Offers are Non-Refundable. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the fee for booking has been paid. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information when making the booking, please also check your junk mailbox folder for receipt of confirmations.
The full fee of the course is payable at least 5 days before the training date and the purchase guarantees you will receive the course material and qualification within 18 months. However, course purchase does not guarantee a specific training date or location. Failure to pay the amount owed at least 5-days before your booked date will incur late payment fees. We reserve the right to charge interest and a fixed sum administration charge of £75 on overdue invoices at the rates applicable under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act., as well as the risk of losing your space on the course. A further email will be sent to you a few days before the training containing information regarding your course venue, instructions and details. If you have not received this prior to your training, please contact us. If you have any further queries do not hesitate to email us at [email protected].
The Academy will not be held responsible for confirmation and emails not received by students and no refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Once any training material has been provided, and a class delivered all courses become 100% non-refundable.

Black Friday Sale Offer – T&C’s

1. Non-Refundable: All courses purchased under the Black Friday Sale offer are strictly non-refundable.

2. Non-Transferable: Black Friday Sale course bookings cannot be transferred to other individuals or courses.

3. Class Date Requirement: Participants must attend a scheduled class by March 31, 2025. Failure to do so will forfeit the booking without a refund.

4. Date Change Policy: If a participant wishes to reschedule their class date after booking, the class fee will revert to the original (non-sale) price.

5. Rebooking Fee: A rebooking fee of £75 will apply to any requests to reschedule the class date.

6. No Refresher Class: Courses purchased through the Black Friday Sale offer do not include eligibility for a free refresher class.

Pricing and payment terms

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order made by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all the details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods &/or services. You will be liable for any payment reversal or chargebacks made using your account. Payment is required in full before any goods can be dispatched, or training session delivered. All prices are displayed in currency GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. All Purchases are final and non-refundable subject to management decision in rare cases.
Shipping and delivery charges will be added separately and displayed in the total cost. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be held responsible.

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision. The contents of the Website are derived from various sources, some of which are copyrighted.
Any information that “we” make available through the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Website or information will be free of defects, errors or viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality, and all users take responsibility for their own security and personal details. Belle is under no obligation to update information on the Website.
We reserve the right to change or remove – temporarily or permanently – the Website including any products available without notice. You confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

All Content included on the Website (text, graphics, images, audio, video, software and any other form of information), unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Belle, and/or affiliated companies or other relevant third parties. You acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not reproduce, modify, copy, store, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of Belle. You may not use the Website in any way to cause damage or that is unlawful, illegal, abusive or otherwise objectionable to the Website or its users. By joining an in-person class you agree to have Photos and Videos taken of the class as you as a participant and hereby give your permission for use by Belle as we see fit.

Links to third-party websites

The Website may include links to third-party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites and disclaim liability for any forms of loss or damage arising by using them.

Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy

Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from our or your negligence, as applicable; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) limit or exclude any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle accepts no liability for any losses including loss of income, business, contracts or opportunities; loss or corruption of any data or software; any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Including but not limited to Hotels, Travel or flights to or from your training with us.
You agree to indemnify and hold Belle, its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, aftercare advice or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website or our products and training provided.

Returns, course transfer or cancellation

ALL course Fee deposits are non-refundable, and all course fee balances are deemed complete and non-refundable once the class has been delivered to the student. Online course bookings are 100% non-transferrable and non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your classroom/venue booking, you can do so at least 21 days prior to your original booked training date with £75 cancellation fee for Hair Extensions or £100 cancellation fee for Hair Loss Integration Courses.

Your course date or location can be transferred or placed on hold at least 21 days before your original booked training date for FREE once, thereafter a £35 non-refundable administration fee will be charged. This fee must be paid at the time of transfer. We may only transfer your booking if there is availability on the course requested. If you have placed a space on hold for a course that you cannot attend, full payment is still due at least 2 days prior to your original booked training date, and your space will be held for a maximum of 12 months from your booking date.

If you do not attend or cancel your booked course or refresher date without at least 5 days notice, you will still be liable to pay the full course fee and will forfeit your refresher space on future dates. Belle Academy reserves the right to change or cancel a course date, the course venue or the educators at any given time without prior notice. In the event of a course cancellation, Belle Academy will offer a course date transfer, but no compensation for any costs incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights, since purchase of one of our courses only guarantees that you will receive the course content and qualification, but not within a set date or location.
All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations must state that you wish to cancel your course, otherwise your space will be placed on hold.
Cancellations due to COVID-19 are subject to the same terms as above. However, if Belle Academy are required to cancel a training date or location due to COVID-19 restrictions or regulations, you will be offered a course transfer to another location and date, or the opportunity to complete your training online. Belle Academy reserve the right to cancel any courses without any prior notice. Refunds will not be issued as all training courses can be completed in the same time frame.

Changes to website

Belle Academy reserves the right to change or remove – temporarily or permanently – the Website or any part of it without notice. You confirm that Belle Academy shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Course completion

Belle Academy reserve the right to withdraw training for any student or revoke their certification at any time during or after course completion if the student or graduate is found to be non-compliant of these Terms and Conditions or the accreditation guidelines or found to be engaging in student misconduct. Students can request accreditation details from Belle Academy at any time, as accreditation providers are course dependent.
In respect of Online course bookings HOW DOES IT WORK?
Full payment will need to be made in order book yourself in, this can be done in one payment, or you can pay a deposit and the rest in instalments until you are ready to do the course, this in Non-refundable!
We will then send out your kit within 7-10 working days by recorded delivery which you should receive within 3-5 working days depending on your location/country. Shipping outside of the UK may incur additional fees.
Once we have been informed you have received your kit, we will send you an email which will contain a link to our online portal which you will have access to for 14-28 days.
You will then start completing the course and practicing the hair extensions, once you’ve mastered the techniques, you will need to send us your work and case studies for assessment within the 14-28 days.
A qualified assessor will then be in touch with you promptly to provide you with feedback and to let you know if you’ve passed.
If you’ve passed, we will then post you out your accredited certificate and 20% hair trade discount within 21 days of completion.

Support

Upon completion of the training course, all students will receive free support from Belle Academy, for up to 6 months after the course date. Full details will be provided to you on the training day or in your manuals.
A refresher course can be taken free of charge within 3 months of training if you do not feel confident in any particular method, and will be invited back at the end of a class day for further help and support from a tutor; However, you will need to ensure you book this with us in advance to ensure availability. Any refresher courses after the 6 months have passed will be subject to a fee of £195 to retrain using the student’s own kit within 12 months of the original training date. Otherwise, you can take our online refresher training for just £65 per method.

Student insurance and liability

You will be given information on the training day as well as in your training manual regarding obtaining the correct insurance for your business. Belle does not accept responsibility for any students who fail to obtain public liability insurance during or after completion of their course.
Belle will not accept any liability for incorrect fitting or injury to clients resulting from students following instructions given on our training courses, nor will they accept responsibility for any poor work completed by students. If you are not feeling completely confident to practice on live models by the end of your training course, please ensure you let one of the trainers know so we can assist further.

Advice

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold National Learning Academy Limited (registered number 07381247, and address 375 Regents Park Road, London, England, N3 1DE), its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Belle Academy arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

Severance

You agree to indemnify and hold Belle Academy, its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Belle Academy arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English.
